2025 CSU Writing Project, Thinking and Writing Institute: For the Love of Teaching and Learning

July 29-31 (9:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.) on the CSU Campus
September 16, October 14, and November 11 (all Tuesday, 5 – 6:30 p.m.) on Zoom
Saturday, December 6 (9 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.) on the CSU Campus

This interdisciplinary, hybrid institute is a PAID opportunity to cultivate professional community, use writing as a tool for learning and reflection, design equity-centered curriculum, and discover the power of sustainable teaching to remind you why you chose the path of teaching. Any K-12 educator in any content area is eligible to apply.

Participants will receive:

  • $500 stipend
  • All books and materials
  • The option to purchase 3 CSU graduate for less than $250 total. — To quote a teacher who was recently involved in a CSUWP program, “this is affordable credit for valuable work.”
  • At the conclusion of the institute, they will also earn the official title of “CSU Writing Project Fellow.”
