Programs for teachers provide interdisciplinary professional development with a focus on connecting narrative and the humanities. Teachers will gain new perspectives and skills by exploring topics including writing and integrating movement into classrooms. Listed programs may include openings for administrators, adult community members, and college faculty. 2025 CSU Writing Project, Thinking and Writing Institute: For the Love of Teaching and Learning

This interdisciplinary, hybrid institute is a PAID opportunity to cultivate professional community, use writing as a tool for learning and reflection, design equity-centered curriculum, and discover the power of sustainable teaching to remind you why you chose the path of teaching. Any K-12 educator in any content area is eligible to apply.

EDUCATION IN MOTION: A Professional Development Seminar for pK-12 Teachers

Colorado State University invites Colorado PK-12 educators and administrators to join us in person for presentations, exploration, sharing resources, and expanding our awareness and knowledge of the benefits of movement in the classroom. Guest speakers, university faculty, and education specialists will present the latest research and tools to help you reach more students, offer innovative ways to teach core curriculum, and learn how our state supports our efforts.
